Alfred Ofori Annye - Deputy CEO (Operations)

Mr. Alfred Ofori Annye is the Acting CEO of PBC Limited. Mr. Annye holds International Executive Masters in Business Administration – Banking and Finance from Paris Graduate School of Management in 2010 and also Post Graduate Certificate in Management (IPMA) in March 2008 from the same institution.

Alfred obtained his Higher National Diploma (HND) in Accountancy in 2004 from the Sunyani Polytechnic after completing his Post-Secondary Teacher’s Certificate ‘A’ in 1997 at Berekum Training College. He had earlier graduated from Wenchi Secondary School in 1993, where he obtained his ‘O’ Level in Business Studies.

Mr. Annye began his career in 1997 as a Teacher at Bui National Park LA JSS, where he taught Social Studies and Vocational Skills and was also responsible for career counselling and co-ordinated oral assessments, reports and references. He later became the Head Teacher of the school and was the Champion of Guidance and Placement, the body charged with providing advice to students on educational needs, abilities and attainment potentials.

Alfred was subsequently appointed the Youth Employment Co-ordinator at the Sunyani Municipal Assembly in 2006, a role he held until his recent appointment to PBC Ltd. His key assignments involved establishing relationships with businesses and governments agencies regarding possible internships, training, and other placement activities.

Mr. Annye’s socially-related businesses has empowered him and strengthened his ‘people skills’ as he interacts with stakeholders in the farming communities. As a key member of the Management Team of PBC Ltd, Mr. Alfred Ofori Annye continues to play a pivotal role in the Company’s purchasing and logistics agenda.
